As much as we’ve helped all of you promote your events, we look to exceed expectations and take our promotion to new heights just for you. As a result, we’ve been able to combine Whatsapp, Reddit, Zoom, and Instagram all in one in the form of a Discord server, where we highly encourage you to join us. Counting on you, we’d like to gather as many club leaders together as possible in order to make this endeavor successful.
The Discord offers a private “Club Suite” category catered just for your club leader needs, where you’ll not only be able to communicate with us as The Baruch Times but with other clubs as well. All additional benefits come in the following:
Announcements pertaining to club leaders, reminders such as club suite lottery emails been sent, and so on will be posted here.
Event submissions, similar to the preceding Whatsapp group chat will be taken through here.
General chat, counting on getting every club leader on board, will act as a mass private group chat for club leaders to make friends, discuss events, plan collaborations, or request co-sponsorships, making it easier than ever to communicate between each other.
Town hall will serve similar to stage, but of course, private between club leaders and TBT. Big plans are at play with this one, so stay tuned.

Not only do we look to make communication between clubs better, but as well between our fellow viewers. Here is where our Reddit-style “Campus Events” forum channel comes into play: it is specifically permission locked so that only those who have a Club Affiliate and respective club role are able to post. So whether you missed our daily 5pm deadline to be on our newsletter or simply want to further promote your event, you’re able to post it yourself at any given time with all creative freedom on what gets put on it. Not having to worry about description length, you're able to post however many links needed for your event, and however many promotional images you’d like as well. All posts will require tags for you to put on them, making it easy for viewers to filter through what they’re interested in: whether it be GIMs, internships, food/drinks provided, workshops, networking, and more. From there is where the magic happens: viewers are still able to comment inside a given post, where you as club staff are able to answer questions regarding location and time of the event if unclear to them, make friends with them, and overall leave a lasting impression.
